Wasatch County School District

Unlike the Park  City School District, Wasatch County voters approved the school district's $62-million bond Tuesday. Leslie Thatcher has more.

Voters in Tuesday's Park City Council races elected Andy Beerman to another term on the Council - and gave him the highest vote total - while they chose Nann Worel and Becca Gerber as new faces to join him at City Hall. Rick Brough has more. 

With all precincts in Summit County reporting, the results - with winners in bold - are listed below. Races too close to call are indicated with an asterisk. 

 Park City Council (3 seats open) 

As part of Tuesday's balloting, voters in four east-side cities in Summit County made their choices. Rick Brough has more.

 Oakley City Council, 2-year term

In Tuesday’s election, Park City voters returned incumbent Andy Beerman to the city council for another four year term. He will be joined by newcomers Nann Worel and Becca Gerber.

Park City school district’s $56 million bond to build a new 5/6 school, expand the high school and demolish TMJHS along with some improvements to athletic, music and dance facilities bond suffered a decisive defeat. With more than thousand vote difference, those voting against the bond was 3,001 compared to 1,944 voting.
