As of the end of last week, the Summit County Clerk's office had issued some 41 licenses for same-sex marriage. Now, clerk Kent Jones said they had halted that, given the stay issued by the Supreme Court on the ruling from U.S. District Court Judge Robert Shelby. Rick Brough has more.

After two appeals to stay the decision to allow same-sex marriage in Utah were denied in the federal appellate court, the case goes back to Judge Robert Shelby, who already said he won't offer a postponement of his original ruling because the arguments made Monday were the same ones he had already considered in his original ruling from Friday.
