Park City Police are offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of a juvenile who walked into Park City High School last week, took a track and field javelin store in a case outside a classroom and then threw it into the playground, where 10 preschoolers were playing. At least one Park City High School student has made a public protest against the new Park City Police Department safety liaison, saying he profiles students based on the way they look and the clothes they wear. But the school district says the officer may just be trying to raise awareness about some clothing brands and other habits of a drug culture that does exist, even at Park City High.
