Summit County manager Tom Fisher will be in to discuss the agenda for Wednesday's county council meeting. Richard Woodruff with the American Red Cross will be in to talk about the severe blood shortage and the many blood drives scheduled for the KPCW listening area. Recycle Utah director Carolyn Wawra along with Park City Mountain resort Chef Alex Malmborg are going to talk about their 100 Mile Meal fund raising event. Rounding up the hour we have Park City Nordic Ski Club Coach Alan Alborn to talk about the Fly Girls - Park City's future ski jumpers. 

On today's program, host Leslie Thatcher speaks with Park City School Board members Tania Knauer and Julie Eihausen following Tuesday's night first public hearing on the $56 million bond. Park City Manager Diane Foster and Budget Manager Nate Rockwood review items on Thursday's city council meeting, including plans to add a line item to the budget for historic preservation.

World Champion Ski Jumper Sarah Hendrickson, still recovering from a knee injury, will be cheering on her teammates at Sunday's ski jumping Olympic Trials, as she still holds out hope for Sochi. Lynn Ware Peek has more.
