The Summit County Council got an introduction to the Amended SPA Master Plan for the Canyons base area. The applicants showed the layout and changes they're making to the original Canyons approval of 1999. And they fielded a few questions, particularly about building heights in the upper part of the resort and traffic impacts in the Lower Village. Rick Brough has more.
