Same-sex Marriage Comes To Summit County
UPDATE: Monday 12/23/2013, 12:35 PM
After two appeals to stay the decision to allow same-sex marriage in Utah were denied in the federal appellate court, the case goes back to Judge Robert Shelby, who already said he won't offer a postponement of his original ruling because the arguments made Monday were the same ones he had already considered in his original ruling from Friday.
Park City Mayor Dana Williams has now performed at least 28 same sex marriages in Summit County since 8 AM this morning.
