The two sides in the Park City ski resort fight have been ordered into mediation by Thursday District Judge Ryan Harris and now have until August 15th to see if they can reach a resolution.
In last week's oral argument the Park City Mountain Resort said it has tried over and over to find a resolution. At the same time, the attorney for Talisker Land Holdings and Vail offered what he said is a solution to the problem. Rick Brough has more.
