In the latest development from the Park City Film Studios legal fight, the developer of the studio, Greg Ericksen, has filed a counterclaim and third-party complaint against its lender, Gary Crandall.
The new documents allege that Crandall engaged in a fraudulent scheme to obtain the movie studio property for a fraction of its value. Ericksen is asking for over $10 million in damages. Rick Brough has more.
