It's time to register for summer camp at Summit Community Gardens & EATS. These camps offer outdoor exploration, gardening, cooking, and more for children pre-K through elementary school. There are 8 weeks of camp to choose from, and scholarships are available for eligible families.

Interested in becoming a lifeguard but need your certification? Basin Recreation is hosting a Lifeguard Certification Course. This is a hybrid course with all lectures taking place online prior to the in-person certifications, which are scheduled for May 31, June 1, June 14 and June 15. Participants will learn how to act in emergency situations both in and out of the water at aquatic facilities with topics covering water rescue skills, surveillance and recognition, CPR and AED, and more.

Park City Library formally requests the honor of your company for high tea on Saturday, May 18th at either 11am OR 2pm. Come and enjoy live music, tea, hot chocolate, and delicate finger foods and snacks. Superheroes, princesses, or friends dressed in their best are welcome! Kimball Art's exhibit "Under Construction" will be open from March 8-May 26 from 10:00-5:00 pm. The exhibit brings together the work of two renowned built landscape photographers. Lewis Baltz (1945-2014), captured Park City's rapid growth in the late 1970s as his images of Prospector Park describe its dramatic transformation from a former mining town into a thriving ski resort. Artist Rodrigo Valenzuela in his series American-Type, responds today to Baltz's work. For more information, go to kimballartcenter.org

The Peace House Monthly Lecture Series through May is an online series designed for both teens and adults. The May Presentation is on "Safe Dating Behavior" The program will be presented in English on May 8, 5:00-6:00, and in Spanish on May 15, 5:00-6:00. The Park City Museum will host a lecture entitled "The Lusitania Disaster Touches Park City" given by David Nicholas and Stuart Stanek on Wednesday, May 8th from 5 to 6 p.m. at the Education and Collections Center located at 2079 Sidewinder Drive. Teens ages 13 to 18 are welcome to join Park City Library’s Teen Group from 5-7 on Wednesdays Feb. 7 through June 26! A library staff hosts this relaxed setting for teens to chat, learn from guest speakers, eat pizza, talk about books, do activities, and catch up on schoolwork.
