Pepe Sherwin Dies

Longtime Deer Valley host, Winter Sports School teacher and beloved community member Chris "Pepe" Sherwin passed away after a valiant battle with cancer. Lynn Ware Peek has more.

World Champion and Park City resident Lindsey Van picked up her 16th national title on Sunday and local Billy Demong won his 9th national title at the U.S. Championships over the weekend in Lake Placid. KPCW's Leslie Thatcher has more.

David Chaplin, who was prominent in Park City for decades as an artist, an educator and a citizen, died Friday morning at age 76.

Park City Rotary Club honored Park City School Board chairman Mo Hickey, and Sister Mary Anne Pajakoski, from Holy Cross Ministries, as their Citizens of the Year. Rick Brough has more.

The Park City Elks Club handed out awards to local First Responders at its annual barbecue Saturday afternoon. The plaques were handed out even while firefighters and police were keeping an eye on the embers of the Rockport 5 fire. Rick Brough has more.
