Utah Officials say a clerks mistake led former Republican candidate Mitt Romney to sign a form with erroneous information. The result was that a voter registration form, sent to the Summit County clerk"s office, had Romney living at his old Park City address, and listed him as a non-affiliated voter. As of the end of last week, the Summit County Clerk's office had issued some 41 licenses for same-sex marriage. Now, clerk Kent Jones said they had halted that, given the stay issued by the Supreme Court on the ruling from U.S. District Court Judge Robert Shelby. Rick Brough has more.
January 15th is the deadline in Summit County to get renewals for business licenses, and for alcohol and beer licenses. County Clerk Kent Jones said the renewals are coming into his office at a good clip. Rick Brough has more.
