Adventure Camp

PC Recreation’s Adventure Camp allows kids ages 9 to 14 to take full advantage of the area’s outdoor recreation offerings, including rock climbing, sailing, river rafting, mountain biking and more. Five sessions are offered throughout the summer and are held Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For more info and to register, visit or call 615-5400.

The Barn Party, May 30 5:30-9, is a celebration of the National Ability Center: its staff, volunteers and the successes of participants. The Barn Party is full of activities the entire family can enjoy, including dancing, riding demonstrations, delicious food, and live music from country singer, Lisa Daggs. For reservations,

Learn lifeguarding skills with the Red Cross Lifeguard Course offered by Park City Recreation June 9th to 13th. This certification course is for those 15 and older.  Registration deadline is June 8th and the fee is $185. For more info and to register, visit or call 615-5400. 

Swimmers ages 6 to 14 wishing to compete at a recreational level will get coaching on stroke technique, speed and endurance with this summer’s Pre-Comp Swim Team at the PC MARC lap pool. June and July Free Spirit horse camps at Another Way School offer children ages 6-12 intensive riding instruction, serious trail riding and a wide range of fascinating horse-related activities. With a class limit of only six per session, students are sure to become horse savvy and have plenty of riding fun. For information go to or call 435.615.1429.

Park Silly Sunday Market is recruiting volunteers for the 2015 season.Come be a part of the team and help support budding entrepreneurs, artists, musicians, local farmers. PC Recreation has lined up Park City’s best skaters for the Summer Skateboard Camp to teach children the basics and new tricks at the Park City Skate Park. Dirt Jump Camp

PC Recreation’s dirt jump instructors will help children excel in the sport of progressive mountain biking with clinics for all levels of riders held at the Park City Dirt Jump Park. Ages 8 to 18 are welcome to enroll in the five sessions that are offered beginning June 8. Camps are held Monday thru Thursday, 11 a.m. to noon, and the fee is $80 per session.
