There are only a few days left in the Utah Legislature's session for 2013.  Bryan Schott, managing editor for "Utahpolicy.com", noted there are a lot of bills vying for approval, and time is running out to consider them.   Rick Brough has more.

Amid all the bills introduced during the 45 day session, the most important mission of the Utah legislature is to adopt a budget for next fiscal year. But as KPCW’s Leslie Thatcher reports, it’s becoming clear that it won’t be easy to do this year.
