Water Judge Tunnel


Park City police are investigating a breech into the Judge Tunnel which until this summer was one of the city's sources of drinking water.  KPCW's Leslie Thatcher reports.

The clock is ticking for Park City to meet the safe drinking water standards for antimony-laced water coming out of the Judge Mine Tunnel. But after the bids for a project to transport the water down to the Quinn's Water Treatment Plant came back $5 million more than budgeted, the city is reworking the project.
