US Skiing and Snowboarding

The U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association today (Monday) unveiled its official rebrand as U.S. Ski & Snowboard. Along with the name change, a new brand mark will unite athletes, members and fans as one team with a vision to be Best in the World in Olympic skiing and snowboarding. 

With his first year of leading the US Ski and Snowboard Association now behind him, CEO Tiger Shaw issued his annual report reporting great success at the athlete level and a commitment to growing the organization's membership. Leslie Thatcher has more.


The USSA's Center of Excellence hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday to show off its 126 solar panels that are now fully operational. Lynn Ware Peek has more.

After 18 years, the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association is under new leadership and that means a different way of doing things. And for new leader Tiger Shaw, it means going back to the basics. KCPW's Leslie Thatcher has the report.

After his first 100 days at the helm of his new job as the President and CEO of the U-S Ski and Snowboard Association, Tiger Shaw is ready to put his personal touch on the organization.  He spoke about where he's going next with KPCW Local News Hour host Leslie Thatcher.

A new era is starting today for the USSA as Bill Marolt ended his tenure as President and CEO of the organization.  Two-time Olympian Tiger Shaw is taking over the helm.  Rick Brough has more.
