Park City Recreation offers weekly mountain bike rides for moms, led by moms, on Park City’s vast network of trails. Rides are held on Wednesdays, June 21st to September 13th from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Email jmoran@parkcity.org for more information or to be added to the email list. Ride locations change each week.

The shelter director currently has very good pets available for adoption.  6 dogs are ready for adoption- One yellow lab, one Brittany Mix, one Chihuahua, one Dachshund mix, and two medium sized pit mix. There are also 25 cats and kittens that are ready for adoption. In addition, there are barn cats neutered and spayed and given all current vaccinations. They are free to anyone who needs a feral cat for mice control.

Early bird tickets for this summer’s benefit party celebrating open space are available now until June 30. Summit Land Conservancy’s 3rd Annual Blue Sky Bash takes place at the Blue Sky Ranch, Saturday, Aug. 26 from 6 to 10 p.m. Signature cocktails will start flowing on the patio, followed by a whiskey tasting and dinner. Larry Flynn will stir the live auction into a frenzy and then everyone can kick up their heels to live music. This evening is for cowboys and cowgirls 21 and older.
