PC MARC Health Week

Local health experts team up with the PC MARC to offer a week of free health education and service opportunities for the community, April 27th to May 1st. Programming includes Lunchtine Learning with Dr. Heiden, a women’s lecture with Dr. Singer, Cooper Standard Testing, Health Fair, blood drive and more. Dumpster Days

Dumpster Days at Recycle Utah will start Friday, April 24 and Saturday, April 25 from 9am-4pm. Two large bins will be placed on Woodbine Way for garbage and yard waste. Residential waste only. Additional dumpster days will be held the last weekend of every month, all summer long.

Park City Recreation offers Spring Swim Lessons for ages six months to 12 years from May 5 to 28 on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Pre-Competition Swim Team allows kids ages 6 to 14 to hone their strokes from May 4 to 28, Monday thru Thursdays. For registration and more info, visit or call 435-615-5400.

When replacing ight bulbs with LEDs, take old bulbs to the Habitat for Humanity ReStore, located at 6280 Silver Creek Drive. Summit Community Power Works is collecting the used bulbs - both incandescent and CFL.  CFL bulbs - which use less electricity than regular bulbs - will be available for low income families so they can help support SCPW’s county-wide mission to decrease the county's  use of electricity and help to win the $5 million Georgetown University Prize. YouTheatre Summer camps offer fun-filled days of exploration into stagecrafts, movement, creative expression, and group collaboration. It’s time for the 5th annual Silver Queen Derby, a chance to dress up, don over-the-top hats, and mingle with friends. May 2nd at the Stein Eriksen Lodge.
