Treasure Hill Development Shares New Size Options

Park City taxpayers, in November, will vote on a $24 million bond initiative which would be used to buy down the size of the Treasure Hill project.  On Wednesday, Park City 2, LLC presented an outline of their revised development plans and the Planning Commission is encouraged with what  they see.  Carolyn Murray has this:

We are  talking traffic and taxes with Park City Mayor Jack Thomas and 

  Summit County Council Chairman Roger Armstrong.     After a joint meeting last night, the city council and county council decided to look at  two new taxes to help finance transportation improvements in the Park City area.   That’s at 8:15.

Campbell Has Some Questions About Park City As A Whole

The future of the Bonanza Park area - and the so-called "form-based code" used to plan it - has been discussed for several years. But some serious changes could be coming fairly soon. Rick Brough has more.
