Utah law makers have debated the issue of Medicaid Expansion since the Affordable Care Act was passed in 2010.  The decision will likely be left to the voters through a ballot initiative in November. The “Project for a Deeper Understanding” will host a panel representing both sides of the issue at Thursday night’s public forum.  Carolyn Murray has this:
