Park City Mayor Dana Williams has now performed some 25 same-sex marriages at the Summit County Courthouse, as the ruling that declares Utah's ban on gay marriage is declared unconstitutional. Lynn Ware Peek has more.
After two appeals to stay the decision to allow same-sex marriage in Utah were denied in the federal appellate court, the case goes back to Judge Robert Shelby, who already said he won't offer a postponement of his original ruling because the arguments made Monday were the same ones he had already considered in his original ruling from Friday.
Park City Mayor Dana Williams has now performed at least 28 same sex marriages in Summit County since 8 AM this morning.
