Jasper Aims To Define Process To Help Fill Tech Park

Summit County Manager Bob Jasper announced Wednesday he's going to sign an Amendment for the Boyer Tech Park's Development Agreement, which allows him to decide if a proposed tenant fits with the uses permitted in the project.

Jasper said the intent is to set up a predictable, transparent process, so a business can find out, early on, if it is compatible with the Tech Park's guidelines. Rick Brough has more.

PCMR Threatens To Take Lifts If Evicted

In a recent court filing, Park City Mountain Resort says that if it were evicted off the ski mountain by its landlord, Talisker Land Holdings, the Resort will dismantle the ski lifts on the hill.
