The Summit County Attorney's office has reached a settlement with long-time area rancher Steve Osguthorpe on charges that he was responsible for two dog-bite incidents that took place in the fall of 2008 on trails in the Canyons Resort area.   The county and Osguthorpe signed onto a 'diversion agreement" which calls on the rancher to meet a couple of conditions.    But Osguthorpe still denies guilt in the agreement and vigorously rejects the county's allegations.    Rick Brough has more

A half-dozen Park City residents ran the 2013 Boston Marathon.  One of them was Joe Cronley who tells KPCW he was well out of harm’s way given that he was one of the first groups to cross the finish line.  KPCW’s Leslie Thatcher has his story.

The Summit County Council on April 17th voted to grant a Conditional Use Permit for the Silver Moose Bed and Breakfast--though the approval came with a long list of conditions.
