The Park City School District says there has been no pornographic material found on the district-issued technology of fifth grade teacher Jose Ardanaz, who was arrested Saturday on felony charges involving evidence found at his home. A former Heber Light & Power employee has been arrested on a second degree felony for allegedly charging more than $100,000 on the company's credit card.

The Wasatch Wave is reporting that 54-year-old Anthony L. Furness of Heber City used a company credit card to pay for personal expenses between 2010 and 2013. Citing court documents from the Attorney General's office, Furness was the company's chief financial officer between 2006 and 2013. He allegedly concealed the personal charges by submitting expense account statements and claiming the charges were business related.
