Budget discussions dominated the conversation at the Park City School District board meeting on Tuesday. Board Members want more information before making a decision on adding four new elementary school positions for next school year.   Carolyn Murray has this:

The Park City School Board meets in work session Tuesday.  Erin Grady will take an oath of office as the newly assigned board member who is filling Julie Eihausen’s vacated seat.   The 2019 budget, demographics and a 10-year growth projection will be discussed.   Carolyn Murray has this:

A longtime local and Park City High School graduate, Erin Grady, was named to serve the unexpired term of school board member Julie Eihausen. 

Erin Grady was one of two candidates for the position. She has lived in Park City for 34 years and was educated in Park City schools. She currently serves as co-president of the PTA at Parleys’ Park Elementary school. She is also a board member of PC READS and the Figure Skating Club of Park City. She also served for 12 years as communications manager for Deer Valley Resort.
