Canyons Resort Doesn’t Have to Pay Rent
According to a recent Third District court ruling, Canyons Resort doesn’t have to send in the annual $3 million rent that’s owed to it’s landlord, Wolf Mountain. Instead, the judge says the rent can be deducted from the $60 million court judgement that Wolf Mountain owes the ski resort. KPCW’s Leslie Thatcher has more.
