Park City Planning Commission Grapples with Film Studio Annexation
The Park City8 planning commission Wednesday had its first look at the annexation of a proposed movie studio complex at Quinn’s Junction – and planning commissioner said it’s likely they’ve already come to a fork in the road. Either the group can try to design the best project they can, within the time limits and parameters set by Park city’s settlement agreement – or they could forward a denial to city council, saying the project doesn’t meet the city’s General Plan or Land Management Code.
