The Morning Mix

Fridays, 9 to 10 AM

The information and entertainment show will feature regular and rotating segments, covering food, outdoor recreation and sports, travel, music, theater and other local, leisure activities. Anchoring the show each week will be a segment on what to do on the weekend.

John and Christie welcome their musical Guest Rob Reinfurt  who performs live on the program.  Then they welcome Terri Orr- executive director of the Park City Performing Arts Foundation, curator of the Park City Institute, and co-director of the PCI/Strategic News Service "Future in Review" Speaker Series.  Tinsley Ellis Droped by to visit. Ellis is appearing at the Egyptian Theater this weekend.

First guest on the program is Courtney Spaulding from Troubled Youth Blues Band (classic Blues) and Emanon. She is a Park City High School Senior and performs live.  Next up is the Utah Natural History Museum Curator Mitchell James Power talking about the Behind the Scenes Event: opening non-public exhibits - November 12-13. Then John and Jude talk with Hilary Reiter about The Park City Santa Pub Crawl, Saturday, December 3rd. Finally on the program, information about Bling Fling, Friday & Saturday, Nov 11-12 at PC Community Church.

On the morning mix today, John and Christie welcome the group; Steel Belts, who perform live in studio. Other guests on the program included Don Gomes from Entrada Institute, Ollie Wilder and Larry Warren talking about Live PC Give PC and an update on the KPCW Music Crawl. 

John and Jude’s first guest is Jarrett Burns who performs live in studio. Jarret is scheduled for many acoustic appearances in Deer Valley.  The second guest is CJ Robb from the Adopt A Native Elder Navajo Rug Show. Comedian Keith Barney is the final guest on the program.

Today’s first guest is Michelle Moonshine who performs live in studio. Guest number two is Gary Lewis of Gary Lewis and the Playboys who are appearing this weekend at the Egyptian Theater. Final guest on the program is Judy Cullen talking about the Shot Ski Event.
