Erik Low faces new charges
Erik Kurtis Low, who has been in and out of jail since being arrested for a 2003 shooting death, is back behind bars.
Summit County Attorney David Brickey reported that Low was arrested on two shoplifting charges earlier this month in Salt Lake County. That means he will also have to appear in Summit County for alleged violation of his probation. Rick Brough has more.
Snyderville Planning introduced to Olympic Park rezone.
The Snyderville Planning Commisison got its first look Tuesday night at a proposal from the Utah Olympic Park to rezone and expand the facility.
While a couple of Planning Commisisoners said it was important for the park to reach its potential as a fourth Resort Center in the Park City area, the group had different opinions on items like the project’s architecture, visual impact, and lighting. Rick Brough has more.

Governor Herbert on the Interconnect
Utah Governor Gary Herbert thinks that a proposed resort interconnect, from the Canyons Resort to Solitude, could be a win-win situation—and could help the environment by cutting down on driving.
