An attorney for the Osguthorpe family says that the land they’ve leased to the Canyons Resort has been abused for years by the ski operation. The attorney argued in a Third District Court hearing Tuesday that the only remedy is to end the Canyons’ lease. KPCW’s Rick Brough reports.
