Redistricting Maps Approved by Committee
Republicans on the state legislative redistricting committee apparently like pizza better than donuts – at least when it comes to redrawing the state’s political boundaries. As the state legislature prepares to meet in a special session to debate and approve final redistricting maps, democrats are considering whether to sue. KPCW’s Leslie Thatcher reports.

Summit County and Boyer Officials Questioned by Basin Planning Commision
Members of the Snyderville Planning Commission put the Boyer Research Park in the hot seat Tuesday night – and included some of the county’s planning and legal staff in the grilling. The chair of the Snyderville Planning Commission Julie Hooker asked about the apparent personal ties between the representative of the project and the county’s Development Director, who recently over-ruled the planning commission and approved the first building plan in the project.
