Summit County Sheriff: Mail Thieves Arrested in Summit Park

Summit County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a man and a woman in Summit Park  just after midnight Wednesday, and found stolen mail belonging to more than 30 Summit County residents in their vehicle.  The deputies were responding to a call from a resident about a suspicious vehicle.   Deputies say when they located the vehicle and made contact with the occupants, one of them gave false personal information.   Officers then found a large quantity of U.S. Mail inside the vehicle.  Natosha Louise Alvarado and Juan Rose Rodriguez were booked into the Summit County Jail on multiple charges ranging from identity theft and forgery to possession of burglary tools and drug paraphernalia.  Alvarado is 38 years old and from Magna.  She is being held in the Summit County Jail on $100,000 cash only bail.  Rodriguez is 26 years old from Park City.  He is being held in the Summit County Jail on $150,000 cash only bail.
