All eyes and ears will be on Third District Court judge Ryan Harris - who tomorrow is scheduled to hear Talisker Land Holding's request to evict Park City Mountain Resort from its home for the last 50 years. KPCW's Leslie Thatcher has more.
With just days before a crucial court hearing, the Park City Mountain Resort is arguing that if the Third District Court authorizes an eviction from the ski mountain they've been using, it will be an injustice not only to them, but to many third parties that depend on the resort for economic survival.
The Park City Mountain Resort, in papers filed today has asked the Third District Court to freeze any efforts by Vail/Talisker to evict them from the ski mountain above the Resort, until they have a chance to appeal to the state Supreme Court. Rick Brough has more.
