Park City Mountain Resort had little good news Wednesday from Third District Judge Ryan Harris, who ruled against the Resort on virtually every claim and massive opinion.
He did leave one claim partially intact, however, saying the Resort can continue to litigate there.
The Resort says it suffered financial damages relating to the lease it held on the ski mountain owned by Talisker. Although the Resort missed a deadline to renew the lease in April 2011, Talisker didn't give notice for eight months that it considered the lease to be expired. Rick Brough has more.
