The Park City Mountain Resort is asking to add two more causes of action in its lawsuit against Talisker-the landlord for the Resort's ski terrain.
The Mountain Resort says that a breach of its lease has occured, with the news that Vail Resorts is operating Canyons - and also, apparently taking over the lease of the 3700 acres of ski mountain used by the Mountain Resort.
The Mountain Resort's filing, made on Friday, comes right before lawyers for the two sides are set to meet Tuesday afternoon in a scheduling conference. Rick Brough has more.
