The Mountain Life - April 22, 2015

Today, we have a show that about inflammation, about sports performance and gene therapy through diet.  It’s all about what you put and what you don’t put in your mouth.  First we speak with Karin Carestia of Alpine Apothecary and Jennifer Mulholland of Health Happy Human Beings along with Dr. Stephen Phinney who will be in Park City next week with the film, "Run on Fat,"  and who will speak on his co-written book, "The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living,"

Then it’s Dr. Mitch Gaynor.  Through extensive research that has backed the science, Gaynor says that you can take control of your genetic destiny through diet and lifestyle.  Whether it’s heart disease, diabetes, obesity , even cancer – you can change what was passed down to you and turn it around.
