The Local News Hour - September 19, 2016

On today's Local News Hour host Renai Bodley talks to the woman who will be the public face of Park City’s city hall.  Linda Jager is eight weeks into her new job.  She talks about her mission as the head of the city’s Community Engagement Team and her goals to get citizens better informed and more engaged.  Then Park City Schools Superintendent Dr. Ember Conley previews Tuesday's school board meeting.   But first, she talks about the district's ongoing crisis work as the community reacts to the deaths of two Treasure Mountain Junior High School students last week, and the concern about a new synthetic drug in our community.    Next, an update on the Basin Fieldhouse Expansion from the folks at the Synderville Basin Recreation District.          And finally, four skiing superstars will be inducted in the Intermountain Ski Hall of Fame Wednesday night.   Two of them are in studio to talk about the honor.
