As we've reported, in a major omnibus ruling issued Wednesday, Third District Judge Ryan Harris ruled on nine motions in the lease dispute between Park City Mountain Resort and Talisker/Vail.
On virtually all issues, Judge Harris ruled in favor of Talisker Land Holdings, Vail Resorts, and their affiliates. In his 82-page opinion, the Judge laid down the history of the dipute, and the reasoning behind his decisions. Rick Brough has more.
