A young woman has surrendered to Park City Police after they released surveillance video of a hit-and-run accident involving an unmarked police car in the front parking lot of the police station. The crime occurred December 23, 2016. Police posted the video on their Facebook page January 4, 2017. Less than 24 hours later, the suspect turned herself in. KPCW's Renai Bodley has the story:
