The Summit County Clerk's office reported late Monday that they had issued 33 licenses for same-sex marriages. That came the same day that a federal judge allowed gay marriage in Utah to Continue. Rick Brough has more.
After two appeals to stay the decision to allow same-sex marriage in Utah were denied in the federal appellate court, the case goes back to Judge Robert Shelby, who already said he won't offer a postponement of his original ruling because the arguments made Monday were the same ones he had already considered in his original ruling from Friday.
