Where so many of KPCW’s staff claim longevity in town, Larry has the extra credit of having actually written the book on Park City - Park City: Mountain of Treasure. Now, however, he is the Wasatch County connection on the team, living in the Heber Valley. Larry is most recognized from being a television broadcaster for more than 30 years, but he has also made a career out of being a freelance writer and photographer before coming over to public radio in 2010.

In additional to GM duties, Larry hosts the Mountain Money show every Monday morning during the Public Affairs Hour with co-host Doug Wells.

KPCW-FM scored in several categories of the Utah Broadcasters Association “UBEE” awards Wednesday night at a gala in Salt Lake City’s Energy Solutions Arena.

Park City’s community-licensed station took three gold UBEEs and four in the silver category.

KPCW Radio has completed a significant upgrade to its signal at 88.1 FM that has noticeably improved the listening experience of our core listeners in Summit and Wasatch counties. 

KPCW operates on two FM frequencies: 91.9 FM, broadcasting from a tower on top of Quarry Mountain just north of Park City, and 88.1 FM, originating on a tower on top of Lewis Peak which is the dominant peak visible to the northeast from the Snyderville Basin.
