Paid PSA Rates

Paid Promotional Announcement:

Nonprofit organizations and community groups can inform the public and promote their events with a 30-second promotional announcement produced and aired on KPCW.

A Paid Promotional Announcement on KPCW is a recorded 30 second, well crafted message that will reach a majority of the population of Park City and Summit/Wasatch Counties.

Basic Rate 30 second pre-recorded spot:

The basic rate is $15.00 each time the announcement airs between 6am-10pm based on available inventory. You must spend a minimum of $150 (having the announcement broadcast 10 times). Spots rotate throughout day-parts and will run in the best time slot available.

Production Fees:

We charge $25.00 for production/recording of your promotional announcement.

Production is scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays from 2pm until 4pm. All recording sessions must be scheduled in advance.

All copy must be approved prior to production by the Director of Underwriting. You are welcome to read your PSA or assign someone from your organization to serve as "talent" or we can have someone from the station voice the spot.

Paid Promotional Announcements must be paid in full upon contract before airing.

For events and non-profits outside Summit/Wasatch counties:

KPCW will list your events and activities on its website, but due to overwhelming demand, will be unable to read them on-air. If you would like to have your PSA read on-air, the above rates and regulations would apply.
