Talisker Land Holdings has suffered a reversal in its efforts to get a look at nearly two dozen internal e mails between officers at the Park City Mountain Resort and their attorneys. After personally reviewing the e-mails, Third District Court Judge Ryan Harris ruled Tuesday that the documents do, after all, fall within attorney-client privilege and can't be shown to Talisker.
