In a brief discussion Wednesday, the Summit County Council heard from a Basin resident that the Boyer Tech Center at Kimball Junction isn't developing the kinds of businesses that were expected in its original plan. A couple of court hearings scheduled for early next month in the ongoing legal dispute between Park City Mountain Resort and Vail Resorts. This Tuesday, however, Vail Resorts CEO Rob Katz offered to buy Park City’s access to the ski mountain and property that Vail Resorts holds a lease to. But Park City says no way to a Vail takeover.
