Happy New Year and welcome to the Mountain Life: Healthy Living in the Wasatch! It’s the weekly show about health nutrition, fitness and lifestyle in general. Since it’s January second and we are all thinking about what we’ll do bigger and better in the New Year, we’ll talk about what to do littler – as in thinner, slimming down. We’ll talk with the NY Times bestselling author of the book, “Younger Next Year,” Chris Crowley – in his new book, “Thinner This Year… A diet and Exercise program for Living Strong, Fit, and Sexy.” Next, we’ll speak with Randi-Jo Taurel. She’s most well known for her yoga with kids, but she’s also a strong presence in the Park City yoga community. And finally, we are about to see new vending machines around town and in our schools and Mary Palmer, of Utah Healthy Vending, will join us to talk about the new healthy food.
