While the entire country was shocked by the recent shooting rampage in Newtown, Connecticut, Park City Police Chief Wade Carpenter and County Sheriff Dave Edmunds say they have trained for this kind of event. But at the same time, they say perhaps the issue that hasn’t been addressed is watching out for dangers presented by the mentally ill. Rick Brough has more.
