A group of residents gathered in Coalville Monday night told county consultants that the County Fairgrounds is in critical need of improvement. At the same time Coalville’s mayor was among those who said the fair should not be moved out of town. Mayor Duane Schmidt said that would be “the final dagger through the heart” for the city.
