Summit County, Park City Municipal, the Snyderville Basin Recreation District and Utah Open Lands are proposing a multi-faceted land deal in order to acquire 781 acres in Toll Canyon. The parties say there’s less than a month to execute a purchase agreement for the land, located between Pinebrook and Summit Park, which has a total price tag of $6.1 million. The deal would involve Park City buying the county-owned Nadine Gilmor land and giving up its interest in the PRI open space near Kimball Junction. Rick Brough has more.
