The Summit County Sheriff’s Department announced that in two separate incidents over the past five days, deputies conducted two traffic stops on Interstate 80 and seized a combined 145 pounds of marijuana. The drivers of both vehicles, arrested after the stops, were from out of state. Rick Brough has more.
