Our first guest today on Community Voices is Clifford Rosky. He’s a professor at the SJ Quinney Law School who focuses his research on sexual orientation and the law, and who has written extensively on same sex marriage. Professor Rosky will be joining us today to discuss the issues that are at stake now that the Supreme Court has decided to hear two cases that are challenging the Defense of Marriage Act and California’s Proposition 8, the law that bans same sex marriage. During the second half of Community Voices, we interview Jacob Tomsky, who has written an entertaining and revealing book about the hotel industry called, “Heads in Beds: A Reckless Memoir of Hotels, Hustles, and So-Called Hospitality.” We’ll be discussing the tricks of the trade with Jacob and he’ll offer some advice that will ensure that your net stay in a hotel is a pleasant one.
