The Summit County Council, and the County Sheriff, meeting on Monday, agreed that Public Safety is facing another lean year, and might well see budget cuts. Given that, Council Chairman David Ure is proposing that four cities in the county contribute some money to the Sheriff’s department. Rick Brough has more.
