The Summit County Council meets again Wednesday on the upcoming 2013 budget – part of a schedule where they will meet twice a week on spending plans for the next several weeks. But they also have to make some immediate decisions on Service Area #6, since County Bob Jasper said that fund is just about out of money. Rick Brough has more.
